It's Freebie Friday time again and this time it's one of our favorites! It's the Circus card! Remember when you were young and got to go to the circus? The excitement! The rides! The cotton candy! The Circus design card is a great card for all your paper and fabric projects. You'll love creating all the shapes to decorate your own 3-ring circus.
