Sometimes we get calls about machines not working. They are plugged in and there is a card in the slot and they push the button on the side and nothing works. There is a little button on the back of the machine that is sometimes overlooked because it's so subtle. All you have to do is give it a push and your machine will turn on (provided that it's either plugged in or charged).
