We had a little bit of a Freebie Friday break, but it's back on! Have any of you ever heard of Sunbonnet Sue? She became popular in the early 1900s in the quilting world and is still used in quilting and illustrations today. You'll generally find Sunbonnet Sue with Suspender Sam and both of them are found on this card. It's a whimsical, traditional design card, one we hope you will enjoy.
To participate in the game, answer the following question: Who is your favorite illustrator? Leave an answer and the lucky winner of this card will be selected randomly from the comments section. The winner will be announced on Monday (only comments that have answered the question will be accepted). Hope you have a great weekend!

Since I have read numerous books to children over the years, the one illustrator/book author that is always chosen as a must read and share is Maurice Sendack.
